BDC Information and Use of information Technologies Corporate Directive specifies that it is not permitted that BDC data be stored on non BDC computers and/or electronic devices.

If you use this service (Outlook Web App) from a non-BDC device such as a home, a shared or a public computer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all attachments downloaded with this service (OWA) are permanently deleted from the computer and/or the electronic device.
